OUR PASTOR
Pastor Allen Domelle has a simple passion: reaching people with the Gospel and helping them become everything God wants them to be.
On April 15, 2018, Pastor Domelle was called to serve as the pastor of Maranatha Baptist Church. He succeeded Pastor Charley O’Daniel, who faithfully pastored the church for thirty-eight years before the LORD called him Home to Heaven.
Raised in a preacher’s home, Pastor Domelle was saved at the age of five and surrendered his life to full-time Christian service at thirteen. By fifteen, he was preaching weekly in his home church. After graduating from high school, he attended Hyles-Anderson College and later received an honorary doctorate from Bethel Baptist College in Jacksonville, Arkansas.
Before becoming pastor, Pastor Domelle traveled as a full-time evangelist, preaching in forty-nine states and several foreign countries. Through those years, God deepened his burden for revival, soul winning, and strengthening local churches.
Pastor Domelle’s ministry is marked by a passion for church growth, leadership development, Sunday School expansion, bus ministry, and world evangelism. He believes the hope of every community is a strong local church that is actively reaching people, building believers, and sending workers into God’s harvest fields.
He is the co-founder of the Old Paths Conference, founder and editor of the Old Paths Journal, and author of several books. Whether preaching, training leaders, or investing in future pastors and church planters, his goal is to help people know God’s Word and faithfully obey it.
Pastor Domelle has been happily married to his wife, Sandy, since 1994. They have one daughter, Caitlyn. He and his family are honored to serve at Maranatha Baptist Church as they work to reach the Oklahoma City area and the world with the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
